"The property is brand new. Loved the nice big room and bath room. Loved that the room has no carpet. The bed and bedding was very comfortable. The breakfast was good, well presented, fresh and clean. Staff was friendly and helpful."

"I left property shortly after arriving. Sketchy characters hanging around, curtain falling off window. My car was only car in the lot. Perfectly scary and felt unsafe."

"It was fine for the price, the bathroom smelled of urine though and although the room looked ok, the refrigerator was not clean on the inside and the bathroom needed some work beyond the smell. The cooling unit was old as well. The grounds are well kept and they seem to have Solar energy which was cool. Would I stay again, probably not, but it absolutely did the job for the price"

"The place was dirty with stained carpets. The room had poor lighting, no closet, no place to set your bags down, and smelled like pot. They did have coffee and hot water for tea in the lobby."

"The room was large and functional. Breakfast was very good and the breakfast area had plenty of tables. Also, parking was no problem and the staff was very helpful. Overall, a very pleasant hotel."

"My mother & I stayed here for 1 night out of our 3 night stay. The motel was dingey and not clean at all. We checked in at 11pm after a long drive from Nova Scotia to a bathroom that looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months. There was hair in the corners of the file on the floor, black mold on the ceilings and the shower curtain had pink mold along the lining. I intended to take pictures, but when we left for the day the next morning, someone did come in and clean, and must've FINALLY...

"We had a very brief stay. Our only complaint was that the heat was so high that we had to open the window. We tried lowering the thermostat with minimal results. (i will say that they offered us a room change but it was so late that we declined.)"

Each time I went to the desk, it took a few minutes for someone in the back room to notice I was there - they were otherwise very helpful."

"The staff at front desk were rude! I have been trying to get in touch with a supervisor from this property for over a week now! I paid the full bill for the stay in Expedia and Fairfield Auburn charged me AGAIN for the room and is now refusing to refund my money. On top of all of that, Expedia is refusing to assist. I will NEVER use Expedia and and I will NEVER stay at another Fairfield Inn. Your customer service is pathetic."
