"Pictures on the Hotels.com website are completely misleading. This property is NOT a hotel. All rooms open to the outdoors, no elevator. The facility and the room is rundown and not clean. Not just dusty, not clean. Amenities in the room are so old and damaged they look filthy. Didn't touch to see if it was dirty or just old. DON'T DO IT is all I can say. Hotels.com should not offer this property as an option on their site. Again, it's not a hotel and the quality is terrible. "

"HORRIBLE! We drove 2 1/2 hours for BS. The host was terrible. I didn’t get the room I already booked and she did not give me refund or even offer to make the situation better. We get into a whole other room just for the TV to not work properly, water didn’t even reach over a cool 70 degrees. Me and my husband ultimately left early due to the condition of the room and surrounding area. I’m talking they had crackheads, at least 3 vehicles with flat tires or missing windshields; it looked like people had been staying there for years. Truly a terrible stay. When we checked out early the woman accused us of stealing a $3 rag!! Are you kidding me I have nothing good to say about this place and would’ve gotten a refund had I known I was able to. Flat out worst hotel experience ever!"

"This was the worst place I’ve ever stayed I think. The room was dirty. The furniture was dirty. Some of the furniture is torn in the room. Lampshades were filthy. Some of which didn’t even work. Pillowcases were stained hair on one of them sheets did not appear clean. I ended up sleeping on top of a blanket I had in my vehicle on the bed and turning the heat up to stay warm. The towels were dirty and stained and I asked for fresh ones and was told that they were was told that there were not any available and that the tiles were clean they have been washed. They were just staying that is what I was told. The front desk clerk was very bland initially and then when I asked for the towels she was borderline rude. I have filed a complaint. I have stated days in before and never had this kind of an experience. This hotel should be shut down in my opinion."
