"Well appointed hotel. Rooms were clean, bed was comfortable, and in-room amenities were good. We had breakfast two mornings in a row and it was simple but very good. The dining area is exceptionally clean and well cared for by hotel staff. The only downside is the walls and doors are very thin and do not seem soundproofed. We stayed on the second floor next to the emergency stairs, and many, many guests began using this set of stairs as early as 6am. We could hear guests enter the stairwell,...

"From the hotel point of view, the room, quality, and the staff, everything was excellent! What I can add is, I don’t think I’ve ever had as bad a complementary breakfast in any other hotel ever. Would have been better off with a bagel and some pastries. That said I would return and go out for breakfast."

"Terrible stay, toooo noisy!!! (I got very little sleep!) Pool & hot tub were full of noisy kids ALL the time! Suggestion: have adult only pool, hot tub from 8pm-9:30. Also, parking was limited , I did not go out after I got a parking spot fear of no parking later. (people were non stop circling around for parking) Ps staff were helpful though! Also had 2 live crawling spiders in the bathroom…ugh!"

"The lady at the front desk is extremely smug and snobby. We chose this hotel for the hot tub because I suffer from chronic pain and needed a soak after a long drive. The pool was filled with nearly 40 teenagers screaming, hitting each other, throwing flip-flops around, cracking the towels on the water which ruptured my eardrum. No chaperone to be found. Front desk shrugged off my complaint. The next day I was on the hours-long hike that we had travelled to Kamloops for hours into the desert,...

"My room was damaged and dirty. There was hair on the bathroom floor and in the bathtub. The curtains were damaged, and one was completely absent. There were stains on the walls and doors. The entire room needs an upgrade badly. Considering the Sandman Signature in Kamloops is one of the more expensive places to stay, I expected much better."

"Very clean comfortable beds. Excellent front end staff and amazing housekeeping. They changed our towel and made our beds. Very few hotels do that these day. The hide a bed however was a little less desirable. You will have to ask for more bedding to sleep on top due to a very spring felt bed. However that’s the only drawback Very quiet and relaxing hotel"
