"Friendly staff at check in - allowed us in a few minutes early, with no fee. Room was clean, warm and well lit. I missed having a table on one side of the bed and the heating/cooling unit is very loud. Otherwise no complaints."

"We took my granddaughter to utilize the pool on her school vacation week. Pool was.great, breakfast was awesome and I liked the later (11:00 AM) checkout so she was able to swim again in the morning. Beds were very comfortable. Everything was top notch. Only thing I was concerned with was the metal door stop on the floor in the bathroom right in front of the tub. When placing the towel on the floor, just be careful when stepping out of the tub, so you don't hurt yourself. 5 stars 🌟"

"The room was clean, but smelled of stale smoke. They were smoke free rooms. There were burn marks on the bathroom sink and night stand and the table in the room. No one ever came to the room in a 3 night stay for New towels or toilet paper. The heat worked fine. The microwave was dirty and the shower curtain had mold on it. I wiped everything down with a clorox wipes. My door had no dead bolt on it. It was broken. On the last night my neighbors were arguing all night. I was scared but...

"Room never got cleaned during our stay as far as I could tell. The handout said there would be light housekeeping every day and full housekeeping half way through our 4 day stay. We arrived on a Wednesday and the next day we got fresh towels and new trash bags. That was it. We left on sunday with the bathroom trash full to yhe top and a bathtub full of dirty towels. On the plus side the staff was very pleasant and the parking was close to the room."

"The property was clean and well maintained, the staff was helpful. The jacuzzi was clean and operated well. The location is right next to a short path that goes to the beach."

"This building is very close to the road. Noisy. We had a first floor room. When upstairs people walked around the floors creaked. No instructions for TV and heat. Had to call for wifi password. Desk is only manned from 8-5 in another building. Was listed as a bed and breakfast but only had coffee."

"We had a terrible stay at the Alouette resort. The room was run down, walls were thin, shower never got hot after 30min. Sheets and pillows smelled like they were not laundered. Reviews said free breakfast we were never offered and had to pay for Luke warm weak coffee. The gentleman at the front desk was very dismissive about the shower water, giving all kinds of excuses instead of apologizing for it. The woman who checked us in was very nice tho. Photos on Expedia are misleading only showing...
