Holiday Inn Cleveland Clinic by IHG
My check-in was not geat. But,, it was not due to the Hotel staff. There wasa disgruntled costomer checking out and he was arguing about some charge on his bill. He was very ignorant to the lady and very disruptive for folks trying to check-in.

The place was relatively fine. The room was nice maybe could have been clleaner and they do have a restaurant attached to the hotel.

Lovely stop on our trip - the rooms were clean, staff was friendly, and breakfast was wonderful. Parking is expensive here, but you're downtown so expected. All complaints are minor, but be aware: parking is confusing if you've not been here before, honestly pay for valet if it's your first time, ...

Spark by Hilton Cleveland Beachwood
Breakfast left a lot to be desired. Coffee was poor and very little to choose from. Lobby did not have comfortable furniture which acted as dining room.
