The staff was extremely polite and helpful during our stay. Our room was clean when we arrived, they did mention if you wanted room service that you’d need to let them know the night before. Breakfast was nice- they had a menu with a few options to choose from, and they also offered a “made to order” type of breakfast as well. They were doing maintenance work so the hallway wasn’t the most aesthetically pleasing thing to look at, but overall great hotel! Really close to the zoo, hall of fame and other areas!
