InterContinental Suites Hotel Cleveland by IHG
I have stayed at The Intercontinental several times, durimg my visits to the Cleveland Clinic. The rooms are large, clean and comfortable. Linens are very soft. The staff, all the way from desk assistance to restaurant staff were always so helpful. Much needed when navigating the clinic.

Every employee we encountered was friendly. No issues there. Valet was quick and easy, pricey as it was $52 for the night. Room was simple modern #703.
