"The room had condiment wrappers left behind from previous guests, and the internet box (or similar equipment) had fallen off and was dangling from the wall. That alone set the tone. It was an absolute hassle trying to get two names on the reservation. My colleague had to wait in the lobby for an hour, even after I called both the hotel and Hotels.com to resolve it. Despite it being obvious he was one of the two guests on the reservation, the hotel refused to let him check in. There was no flexibility or willingness to help. Most of the food options in the casino were not open as advertised, which was disappointing and inconvenient. I understand the need for key card access in elevators, but after checking out, I was told to go to another floor to find something as simple as nail clippers—while no longer having access to a key card to get there. That lack of coordination pretty much sums up the experience. Overall, it was a series of small but frustrating issues that added up quickly. For a very expensive hotel, the stay was neither pleasant nor convenient, and it did not meet expectations."

"Over all the stay was fine, the shower needed some TLC and well the "Spa Tub" (Unknown Surprise) was a HARD NO. Breakfast area ok, staff were nice, night gentlemen is a little grumpy at times... Served the purpose, probably wouldn't go back."
