The room was nice as were the staff. I was there for two nights and after going out for the day I came back to find that my room wasn’t made up. Bed was unmade, towels I used weren’t picked up and replaced. When I checked out this morning the receptionist didn’t ask me how my stay was

Holiday Inn Express & Suites Downtown Ottawa East by IHG
Have great things to say about the staff and the hotel in general. But why were we charged $25 a day for parking when it is listed on this site for $18??

We checked in to find out there was no parking at the hotel. Had to use a different lot which was beside the hotel but also substantially more expensive.
