"Everything is super close. Easy walking distance Fine for a one night snooze super dirty. Staff is unprofessional dead bugs on the floor. Pillows had mold overall just disgusting "

"Clean and new room, genuinely helpful and pleasant staff (shout out to Favour), inroom amenities adequate and facilities were good (complete weight room and exercise area, nicely heated pool). Parking is expensive, so suggest that you find a cheaper lot nearby and leave the car there; many tourist sights are within 10 min walking distance. "

"Great hotel for families, lots of activities onsite. Cozy reception area with log fire. Friendly and welcoming staff. Our room was a little dated and could use an upgrade for sure, but enjoyed the charm of it nonetheless. The brunch was excellent. The only downside was the pool area and pool water was cold, I did not enjoy it. It didn’t bother my kids though. "
