"Staff were friendly enough but I felt like an inconvenience more than welcome. Entrance light swich didnt work, guessing light was burned out. Toilet paper was hard to reach for a small person once seated on toilet. There is usually a meat provided with breakfast to accompany eggs but there was only sausage gravy to go on biscuits. I tried the gravy and it tasted like it was going bad. When I checked out, I was handed a receipt saying the room was paid for with $0 balance and that I was charged $75 but what was actually charged to our card was $99."

"Breakfast was good. Desk staff was friendly. Room was nice but had some issues. The AC unit was right by the bed so you either had to be hot or have air blowing right in your face all night. Toilet and tub was unusually small. You can't take a real bath with 5 inches of water. The housekeeping staff did bare minimum. Didn't empty bedroom trash or turn down the linens. Toiletries and coffee stuff were not replaced etc. Overall it was average. Not what I expected for the cost. "

"We stayed 2 nights and had breakfast on Saturday and Sunday mornings. The Saturday morning breakfast needed replenishing at 9:15. There were 2 people working the breakfast service. The waffle batter was empty, utensils were running out, no yogurt, milk was running out. No fruit. When the waffle batter was refilled, I had to ask for sugar free syrup. it was begrudgingly provided. Everything was full just before 10:00 but that was at the end of the serving time. Sunday morning breakfast was MUCH better and only staffed by one person who did a great job! Other than that, everything else was great."

"The room was very clean. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We were able to check in earlier than planned since the room was available. Breakfast was very good. They had plenty of hot and cold options. The area is safe and the parking was eady and safe"

"Pool, sauna, treadmill and no breakfast were available. Staff was aware of this and had no plan for upcoming fixes and stated these items have been out for an extended time. The website does not indicate these items are broken."

"Property beginning to show wear even though advertised as "Renovated" Liked the fact it was within short walk of multiple restaurants (Cracker Barrell, Hooters, and one more) "

"So we had the Presidential Suite, and while it was very spacious, we realized we needed a rollaway pretty badly since the couch bed was only a twin size. I felt bad for the man working the front desk, it seems he was the only employee in the whole building all afternoon/evening and was struggling. Some guests decided to leave after dealing with having to wait on things, and we finally gave up on getting the rollaway. So some of the party had to sleep in the floor that night. For what you pay, that's sad. But it's also sad that he needed help and didn't have any, so we aren't "mad" at him by any means. Probably would just look elsewhere next time."

"Checked in, went to car to get luggage the man that registered us in came around the corner and was rude didn't remember me checking inn. People in next room were up at 4:30 very noisy and loud. Did not get any rest. Pictures showed place was very nice, I guess the next time I will be spectacle before booking. "
