After many tephone calls we were told that the we boiler was not functioing. We were given grossly inadequate heaters which did little to correct the situation. "The room was clean and had been recently renovated. Staff were very friendly and helpful. I stayed on one of the hottest days of the year, so the air conditioning was put to very good use and meant that I slept much more soundly.
