"Great staff, convenient location, shuttle to cruise port, grocery store close by, close to the ocean, we could hear the surf from our room. Would stay again in a minute."

"The hotel is ideally located close to the cruise ship port which was a key selling point. It was also central to local eateries and shopping which was also very nice. We could walk everywhere. My only real negative was the elevator, the climate control, no iron or ironing board, and thr challenge with coordinating transportation to the port or the airport in Rome. Its difficult and pricey. If I had it to do over, I think I would have gone with something in Rome, something with more modern features."

"The location was a bit out of the way, but perfect for our needs. Laundromat nearby was very helpful for us, and staff were friendly, breakfast was good, and shuttle from the airport, and to the cruise port was much appreciated. Hotel is old and in need of a bit of upkeep, but rooms were clean and comfortable for the one night. We found a local restaurant for late lunch within walking distance, and all in all, would recommend for short stay in the area."

"The mold in the shower of Room 3, at a minimum, should be cleaned. Shower door is off its track. Cheap, white Bed side tables have bubbled. These are small things that can be fixed for very little cost. Sheets were clean, bed is comfortable. Location is excellent. Kitchen and kitchen ware is clean."

"Loris and Ambra, are the most perfect hosts, welcoming us into their beautiful accommodation with such grace and care. Loris helped get our bags up some steps and into the elevator. The balcony room was immaculate with a very modern shower room. Air con and the prettiest balcony to sit and watch the world go by. Breakfast was lovely and we met some of the other guests at breakfast who were also on our cruise.Loris organised a car to take us to the port in the morning and waited with us till it arrived. A car can also be booked to collect you from the airport to Casa Sul Mare, which will take all the hassle out of navigating the very busy airport. We were very well looked after and there is an honesty bar for wine, beer and soft drinks, and the home made pistachio cake made by Loris's mama was delicious! This luxury B&B is fully booked for a reason.... book early, you will not be disappointed."

"The most extensive morning breakfast in a beautifully appointed breakfast room. Check in was accommodated early for us. Julia very helpful and kind. A comfortable lounge in which to wait with a bar if desired. A large bright corner room with a lovely view of the ocean front and boulevard towards the port. Would definitely stay again."
