"We had a great time, the location is perfect, all staff are really nice and welcoming, specially the cleaning manager, she was really helpful, professional and friendly. Front desk staff was very thoughtful and friendly as well specially the last day of our stay. Thank you for making our stay a great experience.

"On my way to the property at around 3pm I was contacted by the property staff that they were overbooked and put me in another property.
I chose it especially for the location, because we were leaving on a cruise the next day and booked it 6 months in advance.
I felt ripped off. Somebody obviously paid more than us at a last minute. If this wasn't the case why wouldn't the hotel contact me well in advance?"

"I chose this hotel for its prime location and the fond memories of my stay 16 years ago. Unfortunately, I was disappointed by the condition of what is advertised as a five-star establishment.
This hotel has a good gym, which is it's shinning point.
The breakfast spread was quite poor, offering only basic items of below-average quality.
While I 'appreciate' the convenience of a cabinet without a door, finding a damaged cabinet in a five stars hotel is concerning.
