Service was great and the place was mostly clean but some areas were under construction and messy and the kids play area smelled like a urinal that had never been cleaned. Great food and clean rooms, if not for the other areas I would have given a great rating.

The restaurant was good. Huge pool. Good choice if you have kids. Nothing in the area. The room was okay. Loud music from somewhere on the property til quite late at night.

I liked that it had lots of chairs and couches. The breakfast was delicious. The room was very nice. There was a nice young man who asked to help with our luggage. The room could use a little more light because we study there. There was a place to eat and have coffee. Beautiful facilities. Online there was a hot tub mentioned so I was really looking forward to relaxing in it. Maybe take that off the website if there isn't one. Also, my salmon in the restaurant was not quite cooked enough and I had a slight touch of food poisoning. The restaurant was delicious and the waiter very professional.

Hotel ótimo, porém alguns atendentes decepcionam

Fiquei mais um dia e troquei de quarto pois o outro o banheiro alagava e o chuveiro estava em mau funcionamento pois era para deficiente, e não tinha box. O potencial e custo benefício é ótimo, porém alguns atendentes são muito atenciosos e outros da raiva. Mas o hotel é ótimo.

Hotel maravilhoso, falta atendimento.

Me deram um quarto para deficiente, com isso o banheiro não tinha box e alagava, situação horrível, chuveiro com distribuição de água ruim, fora o banheiro o quarto é muito bom. Atendente muito gentil na chegada, porém no chek in e checkout pessoal muito perdido. Atendentes do restaurante da piscina gentis, já o caixa horrível.
