"⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ — My Go-To for Business Travel in Overland I’ve stayed at a lot of hotels for work, and the Hyatt Place Overland has earned a permanent spot at the top of my list. From the moment I checked in, the staff made it clear that they value their guests’ time — the process was quick, friendly, and completely hassle-free after a long travel day. The room was exactly what a business traveler needs: genuinely comfortable bed, a spacious desk with easy access to outlets, strong and reliable Wi-Fi, and a layout that actually lets you unwind without feeling like you’re sleeping in your office. Everything was clean, quiet, and well-maintained. The complimentary breakfast is a real differentiator. Hot, fresh, and varied enough that it didn’t feel like an afterthought — I was able to fuel up and head to my meetings without wasting time or money hunting down a café. The location works well for getting around. There is many great restaurants and shops in the area. What keeps me coming back the the Hyatt brand is the consistency. Every stay feels the same level of polished and professional. When you’re traveling for work, that reliability is worth everything. Highly recommend to any business traveler looking for comfort, convenience, and a staff that genuinely gets it."

"I came to Kansas City for two fundamental reasons, I needed to rest and this became impossible. In the room on our side (room 200) many children were housed and on 3 occasions with screams, discomfort at the door that connected the rooms and extreme noises, for this reason my rest was zero and I had to present myself outdated, and annoyed at my two events."
