"A unique property with its own fascinating, and sometimes dark, history. The design of the building is strikingly elegant. For the first time, I enjoyed a hotel room with a ten-foot ceiling, casement windows and four-ply toilet paper (good for wiping or a rough draft of your memoirs. The staff was friendly and attentive. I was made to feel at home. P.S. Do not scrimp on the breakfast buffet."

"Very nicely appointed bright room. Great kitchenette set-up w hi-end appliance feel. Very upbeat interior design. Airy, modern feel. Really enjoyed the stay. Breakfast was good value, but would have liked more fresh fruit and less runny scrambled eggs. All round though excellent stay."

"Hot weekend, air conditioner was broken and was told the maintenance would arrive Tuesday (we stayed Thursday before checking out Tuesday..) Opening the windows was not an option, Church bells were really loud every hour in the morning. Upon checking out staff told us they could have brought a portable unit to us. Why didn't they tell us sooner?? They also almost charged breakfast to our room by mistake. And bed mattresses were really hard. We spent a lot on this hotel, come every year, have...

"Prettig hotel dichtbij het station, vriendelijk personeel, goed ontbijtbuffet. Als je niet aan de straatkant wilt slapen zijn er upgrades beschikbaar om aan de kant van het binnenplein te slapen. De kamers zijn leuk aangekleed en de lobby/ontbijtzaal stralen gemoedelijkheid uit. De binnenstad is op loopafstand en alle ov is om de hoek. Prima hotel voor een citytrip"
