The staff were friendly, responsive, and very communicative before and during my stay. Check-in was smooth, despite me arriving 1:30 am. "1-It’s a great hotel. I would rate it as excellent 4 stars. As it’s not 5 starts by all accounts. 2- The location is excellent in the heart of the city and in walking distance to all attractions. 3-It’s very clean and smells really nice everywhere(rooms and communal spaces) 4- The breakfast is so basic and it’s not worth the 22€. 5- With regards to the staff( 2 male receptionist are so unhelpful and one of them is so grumpy and he wouldn’t even smile at the guest upon arrival) there was a...

All that being said the ambient noise was just too much to accept for a premium offering of a Hyatt property.
