Hot and cold breakfast is offered and there is a coffee set up the entire day (including tea and hot chocolate. The rooms are a good size with full refrigerator and electric stove. Also, although the rooms were full, we never heard talking or TVs playing. We stayed at the Larkspur for 3 weeks and we will definitely be back if we are in the area again."
