"Hotel was a bit dated. Very clean and breakfast was very good with lots of choice. Staff were professional and very helpful. However the mattress on the bed was uncomfortable - too hard. The room was tired and needed modernising, especially the bathroom. There was no air conditioner so the room got hot and airless, we had the window open but experienced noise from passing traffic. The hotel was near to the city centre, only a 10-15 min walk. "

"Excellent Location, could not fault any aspect of this hotel. The staff are extremely helpful, friendly and welcoming. Travelled with son who has food allergies and he was extremely well catered for. One particular member of staff stood out and that was Michaela in the breakfast room. Definitely recommend."

"The hotel was well located. Easy access but not right in the middle of everything which is what we prefer. There were some lovely restaurants around the hotel area. The room itself was spacious and nicely decorated. The only thing we didn’t like were the breakfasts. They were really sub par which was disappointing and quite unusual."

"Gorgeous, rustic and traditional Italian house, in a great location close to the centre. The room itself was spacious and could easily accommodate up to 4 people, so there was lots of space for a solo traveller. Using the shared bathroom was easy too and this was again a generous size. Only thing to mention is that the bathroom lock/key wasn’t great and I did get stuck for about 20 minutes. Other than this, the perfect place for a short Italian getaway. "

"Excellent hotel in every respect - room, service, breakfast. Astonishing price-quality ratio. Moreover, it is located in a quiet place. Not exactly in the historic center, but still within reach of a walk. Perfect if, in addition to Verona, you want to make trips to places such as Mantova, Vicenza, Padova, etc. (Less than a five-minute walk from the train station) Absolutely recommendable!!! "
