"The service was great, the front desk and staff were friendly and accommodating. The beds were comfortable. However we don’t think the rooms were cleaned thoroughly, we found a comb on the carpet and hair in the shower also there was a half used bottle of orange juice in the fridge. We also left the room all day and came back to find out the housekeeper never cleaned the room. Other than those few mishaps we had a great experience and will be returning."

"The room was clean bed was comfortable staff was awesome felt safe easy access to freeway, restaurant and shopping this is my go to spot when going to downey/bellgardens would recommend this place to anyone okay now they are on the process of updating all the rooms so give them a break"
