"The property was clean a d staffed 24 hrs. The room was fully equipped with fridge, microwave, dishwasher and two burner cooktop. Very clean dishes also. I recommend the facility to first time Vienna travelers for sure. "

Besonders das herzliche Personal hat den Besuch besonders gemacht. Das Frühstück war hervorragend und liess keine Wünsche offen. "From beginning to end our 9 days at this Hotel were wonderful. It is conveniently located, we were able to master the "U" (underground rail) and get to any sight in the city. The hotel was remarkably clean, the staff in all stations were friendly,helpful and knowledgeable. The included breakfast was the best we have encountered in 8 yrs. of European travel. After a day of sight-seeing there are several restaurants within walking distance to be enjoyed, with a variety of different cuisines. ...

"Communication for check in/out was efficient & easy. The area is located a short walking distance to many area attractions, shopping & restaurants. The hotel & room were both clean & service staff were friendly. Great amenities in room & the “app” had very useful tips & also recommendations for nearby cafes, too. "The studio apartment has a kitchenette with an induction stove, an oven and a small refrigerator. The bed is comfortable and the room was spotless. A gourmet grocery store is located adjacent to the property. Laundry facilities are located in the basement. The subway and tram are a 7 minute walk from the property. The cathedral is located about a 10 minute walk from the property. Ideal location and ideal hotel! This was my second stay here. "
