"The hotel was nice for a weekend stay. Upon checkin the worker only asked for my ID and then handed the room keys. On checkout day (Sunday morning) the staff called the room at 7:30 Am to wake us up (a noon checkout time) to say there was something wrong with my credit card. After trying to process 2 different cards a manager then came and insisted nothing went through and then I paid cash. To then come home and find out I was charged the full amount 3 times on those credit cards and now having to deal with the bank. A HUGE inconvenience and annoyance overall. "

"Our reason for choosing this hotel was for the amenities, such as the hot tub and pool, which were out of operation. There was an elevator with no lighting in operation. Wallpaper peeling off the walls. The bathtub drain was poor, and the toilet over flushed. No maintenance to help with these matters. We were very disappointed. The bedding and pillows were comfortable and acceptable; that was the only good part of our stay."

"My check-in was not geat. But,, it was not due to the Hotel staff. There wasa disgruntled costomer checking out and he was arguing about some charge on his bill. He was very ignorant to the lady and very disruptive for folks trying to check-in."

"The room was clean. Check-in desk staff was amazing, super friendly, and helpful. Bar/lounge employee was the rudest person I have ever spoken with and do not recommend her service. She is the reason for the 1 star service. Breakfast was good for a buffet style."

"Didn’t realize the kitchen was fully stocked with dishes! We didn’t plan to cook there but we would have if we knew. The staff was so nice, specifically Grace was so nice during our late night check in. "

"Checked in late at night and it was horrible Whole place is so filthy blood stains on bedding tv didnt work they didnt even have batteries to put in the remote wasnt offered another room or tv so we had to ck out and find another place to stay and the would not release a waiver to hotels.com where I booked to get any of my money back this place is a dump and unsafe alot of sketchy people was in and out not worth a dollar the pics on line and the reality r 2 dif planets dont waste ur time"
