"The area was fabulous. The property was nice. It was kept pretty well not brand new but not terrible. The kitchen did not come with utensils already stocked. You had to go to the front desk to check them out so that’s OK but not super convenient."

"Not very happy with accomodations.. To begin, the staff were always speaking their native language (not english) with each other while helping guests checking in and out. I feel that's kind of disrespectful to the customers and leaves guests unsure about what's being said. Also the parking lot had tables ,chairs and other large items scattered around the dumpster. Only one of the USB outlets in the room had power not happy with that. Also, I was charged my deposit that I should have been...

"Very dissatisfied with mostly the staff. Unfriendly never asked if all was ok and never greeted us coming and going. Never saw a pleasant look on anyone face. We stayed 2 nights .... I asked housekeeping staff for just fresh towels she actually told me NO and kept walking. Did not feel welcomed and will NEVER stay there again."

"Has no pool or spa…when asked about the listing saying it did the hotel staff simply said they don’t. Only 2 towels when 4 people in a double queen room…towels ripped and worn Breakfast was not maintained and no staff around…juice was out, waffle mix empty, no butter just a couple piece of white toast."

"The overall experience was excellent. The room and overall presentation was perfect in every way. Staff were friendly and the bed was comfy. Great for one on one time, very romantic. Long soaks in the jacuzzi tub with soft music in the back ground. A dance or two. Great layout. Breakfast served to our door at our chosen time"

"No pool. The rooms are extremely dirty. One housekeeper was extremely rude to me when I reported I found a bed bug in my bed. She came in yelling at me and tossing the sheets around after I had already given the bug in tissue to the man at the front desk. The lampshades were covered in filth as well as many other issues."

"Property under construction. Really rough conditions. No pool. Construction work began at 8am."
