"This place is awesome! The hotel is in a very safe location. It looks newer, updated and comfortable. The rooms are very comfortable and luxurious feeling. The bed was extremely comfortable. My only complaint is that I wish the breakfast went later than 9am as we just missed it by the time we made it to the lobby. We would definitely stay here again!"

"We stayed at this property for 2 days, and it's an extended stay and 2 days was enough of a stay. It's an older property and there's rust and some water damage, but overall it's not a bad place to stay. The staff was friendly and helpful. The water pressure was very good. It's quiet with free parking. Near restaurants so you don't have to drive far. It's right next to the expressway so it's easy to get around Cleveland. If you need an affordable place to stay for a couple days I would recommend...

"Hi did not get to stay for the breakfast I had to catch the shuttle to the airport at 5:30 in the morning. The shuttle was late leaving because I was not on the list is what the driver told me. Our room was in poor condition. The bathtub had several spots of mold the shower curtain was orange on the bottom from mold. The mirror in the bathroom was exceptionally cloudy and streaked. The sheets on the bed were exceptionally wrinkled and disheveled like someone had slept in them and they had not...

"The room was small, but clean and comfortable. The staff was incredibly helpful, helping me to figure out the public transportation system to get to a concert on an extremely busy weekend. The breakfast is minimal, but has enough basics to get you through and there's a Bob Evans less than a minute down the road if you want something more. I also appreciated the reasonable rates when several other hotels had significantly raised their rates for the weekend. Would highly recommend this hotel and...

"The room was clean, bedding and linen were great. The windows were painted over with an opaque paint, so you couldn't see anything outside, which was very strange. The hotel itself was in a great location close to the airport and easy on access to the freeways heading into downtown Cleveland. Their free breakfast was the best. Good selection of pancakes, muffins, toast, bagels, yogurt and then hot food of eggs, potatoes, sausage, oatmeal, etc. Also great hot coffee. I enjoyed my stay. "

"Checked in late Friday night towels where dirty sheet was dirty. Called front desk all they said we would need to wait for the morning. Next day nothing not even housekeeping came to clean or replace towels . Went to the front desk and complained they said they would come the next day to clean and change towels the whole time nothing was done. Luckily I had a towel in my car. Staff just kept blaming each other"

"We stay at the Crowne Plaza every year for the Piston Power show. The prices are reasonable and the staff is very friendly. The restaurant at the hotel serves very good food."

"There were multiple tenants that appear to live in the motel with pets and sitting the the doorways smoking and and other things. Did not feel safe nor did I feel comfortable staying there"
