Hotel Dekat Cinemark Lakeland Square Mall

"Clean room. Great staff and breakfast!"

"The staff is exceptionally corteous and helpful."

"Stayed two different time for the Lake Mirror Classic car show. Good location with plenty places to eat close. Hotel was clean and staff helpful. Will difinately stay again."

"Overall experience was satisfying- only recommendation I would like to add is the breakfast options could be improved."

"Very clean and organized, breakfast was good"

"Prepare to pay a deposit."

"I chose the Clarion because it was right off of I-4. I needed my hotel to be in-between MCO and St pete for the World Series to make my morning flight traffic free. The hotel was very clean. It has a microwave and a refrigerator and a luggage rack to bring everyone's belongings to the room. There were 3 of us. The shower was meh, not much pressure, not too little, it did its purpose.messed, Thr beds were comfortable ( i forgot to look at the mattress bramd). The breakfast needs some help (...

"I would definitely not recommend this hotel to anyone. From front staff having to wait about 20 minutes to be checked in. She was not apologetic at all. O customer service. The TV did not work! The bed was sleeping on springs. With 2 flat pillows and a fridge full of rust. Worst stay experience."

"The staff was wonderful, but the hotel itself needs tons of repairs."

"Everything was satisfactory to good all in all. My room numbers were missing but the suite itself was very nice. The pillows were ehh and I didn't sleep overly well bc of them. I suppose for the price I paid, I got what I paid for. The breakfast was juice, coffee, buns & gravy during week and scrambled eggs and sausage on the weekends."

"Clean room. Staff courteous and professional, breakfast choices were great. food fresh. free parking. I have stayed in Marriott in different states and all great experiences."

"There was no alarm clock in the room. I asked for a wake call at 5:30 am and no one ever called me. I heard someone talking at 4:30 am and that was what woke me up. The front desk check in man isn’t very friendly or welcoming at the hotel. The bed was comfortable and the room was clean. The coffee was good on check out day."
