"The room was clean and the staff was friendly and took very good care of us. The breakfast was a bit different than I’m used to with Hilton Garden Inn, but it was AMAZING none the less! The server was very kind and accommodating. "

"The room was filthy, it had not be cleaned in a while it seems, food in the chair cushion, trash everywhere, underneath the bed, the chair, behind the nightstand. Bedding had burns. There was a dildo underneath the bed, we checked out early without saying a word. The room was disgusting. The air conditioner worked well was the one positive about the room."

"First of all, top notch hotel. We really enjoyed the stay. The room was large and spacious (suite with king bed), the bathroom had a shower and toilet that could be closed off with a door and still allow someone to be at the sink and vanity. The staff were friendly, wanting to conversate and engaging. The breakfast was great with a variety of offerings. The only concern is on the Hotels.com side, the website stated the pet fee was $50 and in reality it was $75 per pet. I reached out to the Hotels.com customer support and it is "being escalated". All of the language was general and vague, if there is a resolution, they may reach out to you, by either text, email or phone call after 24 to 72 hours. I am waiting to see what will happen as it is a weekend and still under the time frame "

"Parking ok. A/C ok. Key cards stop working and have to go to office for reset. Locks on doors didn’t work. Housekeeping didn’t come the next day. When they did they forgot to replace towels. Floors filthy. People smoking cigarettes and weed right outside the doors everyday. Dirty stairwells. Wont come back."

"Upon check in staff was friendly given our room right away. Once we entered our first room the smelled so strong of pine sol it was overwhelming. Went back to front desk explained asked for another room they changed us for two queens to a king. Went to the next room seemed ok so we choose to stay in that room. Went down to hot tub that evening since we had been traveling and choosy this hotel since it had a hot tub. Got to pool/hot tub room and the hot tub didn’t work and was very dirty. Explained to the staff the situation she said she would report it to maintenance. My wife asked about receiving a discount because of the problems we had experienced. She said to call on Monday to speak with the manager my wife thanked her and said she would call on Monday. My wife called and spoke to the manager on Monday and was informed that she could not offer any type of discount due to the fact that we booked thru hotels.com. "
