"We stay there at least once a year and love it. Greatest breakfast buffet! Located near McGill University and very central for all our trips. Limited underground parking available for small cars."
"Clean, good location. Staff friendly and helpful. Had a junior suite, fairly quiet except for a constant whooshing noise from (I'm guessing) the elevators. Bed was very comfy."
"I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of this hotel. The room felt unclean from the moment we arrived. We found what appeared to be bed mites in the bed, and we were itching throughout the night. The carpet had visible stains, and the towels did not look properly washed. The room was also cold, and the bedding did not feel fresh. The bathroom was not well maintained — the shower wasn’t working properly, and the toiletries provided were very poor quality and did not provide enough.
The only positive part of the stay was the breakfast which included eggs, yogurt, bread, tea, coffee and fruits. The staff were friendly, but the service was inconsistent."
