Walked into the pool with music loud rap, cursing. Went to tell front desk, they came and said something to guest, but guest did not turn it off. I went a second time to ask the front desk to ask them again. It was so uncomfortable because he had no idea why he had to turn his music off. Finally, after he did and left another guest did ask if she could play music and I told her please no we will be leaving soon. There was a dog barking in 2 rooms close to me, so I had to ask to be moved. The beds were on something metal and every time you moved you heard it. I went to relax and nothing about my experience was relaxing.

The bathroom had multiple broken safety rails, curtain rod fir shower, pee down front of toilet with debris stuck on it, hair on floor and walls in bathroom, asked to have it cleanedthey still left pee on the toilet. In a 2 night stay both nights children running screaming in halls and stairwells till 3am. Pot smoking in a room on our floor extensively. Fighting with staff involvement outside our room at 930pm, yelling and screaming from that as well stuck in our room for safety!

The bath room look like is was not cleaned. There was hair in the shower and also in order for the shower to get hot you had to run cold water first. There was also no towels or wash rags in the room. House keeping never came to clean out room at all.

Front desk guy was kind of short with us when I explained I checked in on line. We got to our room and it had no hand soap. We asked to have someone come and replace it. We ended up going back down to the desk and the gave us two small bars of soap. There was also a dog barking all Saturday night - Sunday morning.

A strong four stars. While not perfect, the staff keeps it exceptionally clean. We stayed two nights and enjoyed it. They have your typical hotel hot breakfast,a very nice pool and hot tub, working fan in the bath and worked very hard to keep the place up, even sweeping the parking lot! The pool looked green, but the hot tub looked good. We did not go in. I would stay here again.

This place honestly felt pretty ghetto. I understand it’s on the cheaper side so I wasn’t expecting luxury, but some things were still ehhh
When we arrived there wasn’t even a trash can in the restroom and the shampoo bottles were empty. We mentioned it downstairs and nothing was really done about it. We stayed for two days and not once did anyone come to clean the room.
The pool area was worse. People were blasting music so loud you couldn’t even hear yourself think. The whole area smelled like mold, there were worms around, and the pool looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a while. No towels at all in the pool and barely any in the room.
The ice machine was broken and the water they offered was hot. Most of the staff also seemed very young. On top of that, the walls are extremely thin so you can hear everything happening in the rooms around you and the room hand a smokey kinda moldy smell.
To be fair, it wasn’t the worst place ever. We didn’t see any bugs in the rooms and the breakfast was decent. Maybe the place just had a couple off days while we were there.
If you’re just looking for somewhere to crash, don’t really care about comfort or good service, and just want something cheap then this place will probably work for you.

Horrible ! 3 cuartos difenrentes y todos sucios, sábanas manchadas, baño orinado, toallas sucias en el baño, pelos en la cama… lo único bueno la persona que me atendió en front desk! Excelente servicio y comprendió el porqué de mi quejas.

We asked for towela 3 times they said they had none, they didnt have ice when we asked, no one understood us as they didnt speak english, it was loud all night, we were out of shampoo and conditioner, our room was never cleanedz there were stains on the bed and lamps, and the hot tub was broken the day we got there after calling specifically for that reason to go there.

The reason we booked this hotel was for the hot tub. When we got there the hot tub wasnt working. Oh well. No issues there. Then we were told 225. We got to roon 225 and it was a single king. I ordered 2 queens, since our son was with us. When we confronted the desk clerk. We dind out he wrote room 224. So the key for room 224 also opened 225.
So then he gives us a key to 210. We go in and at first glance, its ok. But as my wife starts looking. Its missing the smoke detector. There was hair on the sheets. Hair on the faucet. Blood on the mattress. The mattresses looked like they were 50years old. Extremely wore beyond their lifespan. We were 1 of 4 couples that got a refund that night.

The pool was freezing. The hot tub was cold. We could not use it during our stay. They offered a partial 25% refund without us even asking. It was a lie. We never received it. I called the manager after our trip and they would not let us speak to them. They asked for our name and number and they never returned our call. If this had not happened it would had been a decent stay. But this definitely rubbed me the wrong way.

Booked 2 nights, 2 king bed rooms. Both rooms were supposed to have a sofa bed but it was more a loveseat so like twin beds and the mattresses in their were absolutely disgusting and looked covered in mold. Hot tub wasnt working the first night of our stay Booked this hotel specifically for the sofa beds and the hot tub.
