"I've stayed here a few times now for work.
Good location. Easy parking.
Friendly staff - every single one of them - from reception, to bar staff, to cleaners, gym staff. Cannot fault them! Nothing is too much!
Food is amazing. I am yet to bave a bad meal there. Gym and pool - both bot overly big in size - but they've never been too busy to use.
This will definately be a regular for me. Ive stayed in other local - spa' hotels in Basingstoke for double the price - however i go back to the...

"Lovely hotel and lovely staff! The manager (Jan) the evening we stayed went above and beyond to rectify an issue we had and moved our room within 10 minites of us talking to him! Excellent experience, will definately be back."
