"This is my go to hotel in Melbourne. It is always good. This time the aircon wasn't that great but it was only an overnight stay so it was fine. Always great staff "
"An excellent room on Floor 19 which was clean and quiet. Plenty of room and comfortable.
The staff were very friendly and helpful at all times. However, the Gold Star goes to the team working the breakfast shifts. Christmas Day and Boxing Day were extremely busy, but the staff kept the machine working super efficiently. Add to this the quality of the food and you have a great experience.
We travel extensively and this hotel is among the best we have ever stayed at in this price range.

"The staff is very friendly and helpful. The room is very spacious and clean, good quality linen, very comfortable bed. It is older building, but they maintained well. The location is very close to the shopping centre in Elizabeth St (David Jones and Myer), and restaurants at Burke St. Also has trams right in front of the hotel"
"One of the most gorgeous, beautiful and luxury hotels I've ever been to. The first thing that hits you when you walk in the great smell of a flowery scent in the air. Then the veautiful palace like stairs and fountains. The staff are supper friendly and helpfull. The bar and their Malba restaurant were fantastic with so many options and varieties. For sure try their chicken club sandwich!"
