"My husband and I stayed in Unitas Residence. Our room was spacious and clean. The beds were very comfortable. The reception staff were friendly and knowledgeable about sights, transit etc. The dining room staff were so pleasant and greeted us at breakfast with smiles. Breakfast was varied with both hot and cold options. Everything was exceptionally well presented and it was lovely to sit at a table with white linen and fresh flowers. A real treat! The only very minor hiccup was the squeaky...

"Getting in and out are easy, just use the code in their app. However I have booked the river view room specifically but I was given a room that is facing the street and to another building (North side), with a glimpse of the bridge at the last window.. I called the customer service number and they have swiftly changed me to the one that is actually facing the river (West side) and it was perfect. Beautiful view and very clean room. Elevator is available after you reach the 1st floor. Everything...
