"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We decided to have dinner there one evening and the food was delicious. Breakfast was great! There is intermittent cellular service and the wifi was a bit spotty, so make whatever plans or bookings you need ahead of time."

"Our family stayed here for three nights with our children, and it was one of the absolute highlights of our time in Italy. The views were breathtaking, the rooms were beautifully decorated, and the staff were exceptionally kind, helpful, and welcoming. We also enjoyed a wonderful dinner that everyone in our family loved. The pool was also so beautiful too. The garden felt like something out of a fairy tale, with butterflies flying all around. We would love to return, stay longer, and have more...

"Front desk staff very helpful and on top of transfers. Kitchen lady was a very rude little old lady. Wouldn’t even let me get a coffee 15 minutes before breakfast opened and all food was out and we were leaving for an excursion. Deck by pool is great but pool is very old and basic. Front of hotel looks really nice but sides look like it belongs in a war torn city. Air conditioning is ok not great at all. Very good views. Great sandwich shop and market just up the road to walk to."

"My stay at baia di puolo were awesome. From reception to housekeeping staffs all brilliant. Sara,is an excellent staff to the hotel 👌 personality great, helpful and full of life, amazing!! I will come back🙂😍 The staffs at the restaurant are doing there job, not much to choose from, though, Buffet breakfast. I had dinner at Capuozzo restaurant excellent customer service. It's exceptional. Octopus Salad, refreshing 😋 😍"

"We absolutely loved our stay at Villa Lubrense! It is a beautiful hotel with stunning outdoor yards/pools and incredible views. A short 10 minute drive into Sorrento, but the public bus stop is right at the entrance to the hotel and it's only two-euro in to town. There are also beautiful beaches and a few restaurants very close to the hotel, a steep but short walk away. The staff at Villa Lubrense were by far the best part of our stay. È presente un parcheggio all’ombra ed è nelle vicinanze della fermata del bus( si può anche fare a piedi perché dista circa 2,5 km dal centro). Location splendida con vista sul golfo e sul Vesuvio. "Everyone was very friendly! Rooms were clean! They do need to have irons there so guest can iron their clothes . Breakfast buffet was delicious. Grounds are beautiful. Resonable pricing and we love the public transportation option for the guests. We would recommend to anyone staying in Sorrento . Grazie"

"Absolutely lovely staff. If you are old or unfit stay away as the slope to the hotel is tough. Room could do with a little maintenance, overall lovely hotel. Bus stop to Sorrento is 4 minute walk along with a restaurant & supermarket"

"This property was the only place along the Amalfi Coast that felt personal, friendly, and professional. We stayed in September '25 for two nights and it was the most relaxing two of our trip in southern Italy. We ate meals at the roof restaurant, spent an afternoon by the pool, and thoroughly enjoyed the visit. Parking was, of course, expensive, but the hotel handled it professionally and found us a spot that fit our Audi A5, a pretty large car for that area. "
