"I recently stayed for one night at the InterContinental One Thousand Island Lake Resort, an IHG Hotel in Qiandaohu, and it was a delightful experience. The hotel's unique location, far from the hustle and bustle, offers a serene escape with a breathtaking view of the lake.
The check-in process was seamless, and the staff was exceptionally friendly and welcoming. My room was immaculate and very comfortable, featuring excellent amenities. The private balcony with a panoramic view of the lake was...

2. Balcony was so good for viewing the full of Qiandao Hu (lake) incl. sunrise & sunset, and as well as for drying the laundry, very convenient

"Had the worst experience booking via Expedia, did not even manage to stay at the hotel, as Expedia had linked the wrong address via google maps on their platform. This was extremely misleading for non-China tourists like myself. Something has to be done about this error on their booking website, and the refund process was extremely tedious with slow replies and them refusing to refund me saying the hotel did not permit. I called the hotel myself, who generously offered a refund, and only then...
"Location is excellent right in a famous old street, very convenient for guests to experience different culture and go shopping. The host and staff are so nice to welcome guests and offer essential assistance and information. It makes the guests feel comfortable and relaxing during the stay. This is a home-like accommodation for tourists. It’s so lucky to me to choose the property for my rest place during my trip. No doubt, it will be my choice again if I have chance to come again."

my suggestion it would be improve the amenities in the room example a real coffe machine, plus last week I arrived at 21.30 and lobby bar closed, all resturant closed.. I think they should be open ."
"This was a wonderful Hotel. The rooms are amazingly spacious, and very well maintained. The view is wonderful, and there is a walking bridge that connects to a wonderful park. The staff are very helpful. The breakfast selection is great, and well worth adding it to your stay. I would recommend this Hotel without any reservations."
