"Good"

"Great customer service. Amazing rooms. You feel like home."

"I usually stay at this hotel when I’m in San Diego. Unfortunately this last stay there were several Knats in the room and I couldn’t leave any drinks out without it being covered in bugs. Otherwise it was a great stay and I will be returning"

"Worst place to rent i rented this room and couldnt even be there for 30mins I had to leave and ask for a refund the room smelt like chemical, pee and mold all in one. Worse part about it they never checked me out and said they couldnt offer me a refund that I had to contact expedia. By contacting expedia they said management denied my full refund and only refunded me for 1 night when I had reserved 2 nights. I have no idea how other people still rent there if all the rooms smell the same. I dont...

"Definitely staying again in the future! S/O to Claudia, she was amazing and very professional."

"Great staff, great room,"

"Hi, the room wasn’t very clean. There were cockroaches in the bathroom, hair in the bathtub, and the room smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, even though it was supposed to be a non-smoking room. This is unacceptable, and I’m very disappointed with the condition of the room. I would appreciate it if you could address these issues and provide a solution."

"Todo muy bien, el desayuno rico, cambia todos los dias."
