"The bungalow was exactly as described but even better than we expected for a holiday let. A large open-plan and well-appointed lounge/diner/kitchen. The views from the site were lovely. It was quiet and there were several walks around the woods. The site is hilly so be prepared for some exercise! We did not use the pool but it looked very good from the outside. "Great location close to station, coastal bus routes and with excellent sea views from the terrace and restaurant. Food really good - plenty of breakfast options and the restaurant meals were superb. Ask for tap water though - cost us £4.95 for bottle of still water! Pool lovely and warm. Room clean, comfortable and a good size. Really enjoyed our second stay here and would stay again."

"We enjoyed our stay at the hotel. The staff were lovely, friendly, helpful and welcoming. The room was clean with an on-suite bathroom with toilet, sink, and combination bath and shower. We ate breakfast and dinner during our stay and the food was good with a full English, toast, cereal, yogurt and fruit for breakfast and salad or soup for starters 2 meat options and a fish option for main and a selection of cakes for pudding for dinner. Breakfast wasn’t greasy and dinner was like a home cooked meal, not fussy but tasty. Overall we had a great time. Parking is on the road but we always found a space. The hotel offered evening entertainment of a singer each night from 8-10pm with an open bar which was nice to sit and listen to before going to bed. You could not hear the singer from your bedroom so you were not disturbed if you chose not to attend."

"A modern, clean hotel in a convenient location. My main complaint being that my bathroom was very basic. We enjoyed the food & the evening meal options were good. I would gladly stay here again, as it’s a good location to drive south to multiple beaches, although the hotel gym is absolutely tiny & was a bit of a letdown."
