Quick service

Convenient motel. 2 bedroom unit a little dated in style. Toilet door could do with a swap out to a sliding one for ease of bathroom use. Comfy bed. Quick & friendly out of hours service for a lighting issue we discovered.

Seemed fine at first but lots of ants in the room and then a cockroach. Also found used womens underwear left in the room. Addressed this with management but nothing was done. Apart from that, it was conveniently located and the room was modern. Check in and out was easy.

Lovely customer service at the front desk Very budget accommodation tho. Light in room was making noises so had to remove the bulb. Floor and couches were stained and just gave a dirty feel making me not enjoy my stay. Dated accommodation could do with a upgrade.

Unable to get into carparks or out of the driveway at several different times of the day and night as some guests had multiple vehicles. No where to turn safely. Loud guests with music and yelling.
