We were told by other dinners we should probably go somewhere else if we expected good service in Jackson. They were correct! "

"King size bed was not comfortable. I requested additional pillows but was told there were no pillows available. Worst was no ventilation in the bathroom. Zero. Very humid and uncomfortable. Staff was very kind. "
