Atlantic Tower Hotel Liverpool By Sunday
"Alarm went off twice at 3am in the morning. No hot water for shower. Shower water was backing up. Hairs also in the shower. Explained to staff at front desk when we were leaving and they couldn’t care less. Won’t be staying again."

Park Hall Cottages
"Absolutely terrible cottages you can't get any more basic. Overlooking a concrete car park even though I paid for Garden view. Refused to stay in them and made them change me to the hotel which was OK. The site is very shabby and derelict. But hotel is modern. Nothing to do for children. Wouldn't ..."
