The room was smaller than expected based on photo. The staff are very helpful and friendly. On 6 Dec, we forgot to book a taxi to pickup at 5am to airport and the young staff at the lobby patiently helped us book a big car as we have 6 luggages. The car arrived in just 3 mins.

Had to extend one more night here due to a flight delay. Wanted to try a new hotel but then again was already familiar with this hotel stayed here for many nights. Good hotel would stay here again.

Beautiful rooms, immaculately clean and friendly staff, perfect location, walking distance to Liberation Square, cable car and metro station, only complaint was that the reception is on the 51stst floor so a bit strange when you arrive.
