"Property clean and staff friendly. No front desk or reception area. Didn't match the santuary vibes. Property is behind a car wash and deep into residential neighborhood. I wouldn't call this a resort. I left the Property in an hour and booked a different hotel in the area i really wanted to be in. Staff was very understanding and accommodating and was willing to give me another room. "

"Beautiful villa! Friendly staff. Excellent food. Villa looks exactly like the photos. Our group of 7 had an amazing stay. The only issue is they prefer cash for payment (deposit and payment for food), so bring extra cash. One room's water heater didn't work and another water hose in the toilet was leaking (It is not their fault as we understand things can age). I would rate your villa 9/10 (I would give it 10/10 if you can readily accept credit card). We will definitely return!"
