"Pros: free parking, easy. Front desk on check in was very nice and efficient. Comfortable mattress and pillows. Clean. My adult son liked the hot tub - I didn't see or use it myself. I saw no styrofoam cups for coffee - which I appreciate for environmental reasons. That's rare. Cons: There is a "cheap" feel about Sleep Inn that the other similarly priced inns and suites I've stayed in OKC don't have. Construction, decor, even the "squeeze bottle" shampoo/lotions in the room were hard to squeeze (for both of us) and almost empty. The thermostat was inaccurate - it was either cold or hot and the setting wouldn't "stick." Breakfast is "better than nothing" - I'm not a breakfast person, so it didn't matter. If - been there with kids and was relying on the free breakfast for speed and cost, it would have been a problem. Neutral: If there was staff around otherwise, I did not see anybody that evening, overnight when I went out into the main area for awhile, or in the morning before we left. I would stay there again because of proximity to my meetings, clean etc - but there are other many other places in OKC the same price, same type of hotel that I prefer."

"There were cigarette butts at the entrance when we arrived. We had a hard time understanding the person checking us in. Then we went to the room snd there was mold in in the shower. The next morning we went to breakfast and there were no plates only bowls to eat out of.We were very disappointed in this hotel because we have stayed in comfort inns before and was never this bad! I should have bought the cancellation policy so I could have cancelled and went somewhere else!"

"Amazing pool for kids, good breakfast and the best part our room overlooked a baseball stadium! 10/10 recommend!"

"Rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast was ok, not a big variety. Staff was courteous and informative. Highway and train noise made sleeping soundly difficult."

"Great value. Clean rooms and hotel. Great for overnight stay with dog. Among other renevated hotels...so make sure when you arrive you go to the right one as signs outside aren't well marked. Nice stay. Not much area to walk around. Near national memorial and short drives to good restaurants. Definitely would stay again."
