"We had an amazing stay here! The staff was so friendly and made the trip that much better! Anything you needed from help with like where to go for food or entertainment, or just a nice place to settle in after a long day of walking this place was perfect. We didn’t get to take advantage of the spa so we want to try it next time! We stayed on the top floor suite and I highly recommend getting the same spot. "Best location in Zakopane if you are there for nature and hikes rather than souvenir bonanza and get-me-the-smoked-cheese crowd control in Zakopane center. The hotel is less than 3 years old, very fresh and with super friendly and helpful staff. Hotel restaurant is gourmet level but be aware only open Thursday-Sunday (both dinner and lunch). "

"Willa Jan is very clean and quiet and the breakfast buffet was lovely. We really enjoyed the sauna as well! The only drawback is the location—it is not walkable into town and there are no dinner options that don’t require a taxi or uber ride. When requesting a mountain view, ask for a higher floor as the lower floors have mainly views of the neighboring villas with mountains peeping through. Overall nice stay!"

"Clean room, anything you needed or curious about just ask the staff as they were more than accommodating. Highly recommend the downstairs restaurant. Might have been the best place to eat in Zakopane. Get a room with a patio/deck. Worth it. "
