"This is a small B&B type establishment above an affiliated restaurant. It is tastefully decorated, and creative. Potential guests should be aware that you will have to climb narrow stairs, and there is no lift. Also, those addicted to air conditioning. should know that the upstairs rooms can get warm. We were happy with opening windows and using the excellent supplied fans. Many thoughtful details, like fresh flowers in the room every day, carefully wrapped chocolates, slices of fruitcake, and...

"Photos give a very different impression to the reality. Building is very tired and was locked when we arrived early afternoon. Room was extremely small, with a very tiny en-suite. No curtains only blinds on the window meant that we were woken early by the early morning sun. Property is on a very busy, noisy road."

"We only stayed one night but we enjoyed Lucy's hospitality and the lovely breakfast. Enough room for our family of 4 even though the bathroom was a bit cramped. Convenient location (10 min walk to main tourist area) with parking. Recommended!"

"On arriving the property was very difficult to find and when l did find it my room was occupied by someone else. I was given the room next-door which was dark and unwelcoming. Neither the room or the surroundings were as advertised, photos were totally misleading. I was absolutely discussed by the level of cleanliness and left immediately finding myself having to find somewhere else to stay at 8.30 in the evening and £364 out of pocket. Will not be using Expedia ever again!!"
