Hotel berdekatan Chipola River

"Property was extremely clean. Breakfast was a nutritious meal. I usually stay at a Hilton and have been spoiled by meals in the evening and drinking water in the room."

"For the price you would think a floor mat for when you step out of the shower would be provided. That was disappointing. There was a random hair high up in the shower that was not the color of my hair and the soap holder had residue from the previous stay. So, cleanliness could be improved. Room 403 had a hollow area between bathroom tiles next to the tub that needs to be repaired. My brother really appreciated the free breakfast. It was a nice amenity. On a good note, the beds were very...

"Nothing it was bad in was not able to get my refund back the yard had stuff piled up n it spider webs hanging in front of the door and wasn’t able to get our refund back after finding this property in a mess"

"Have stayed here several times and have always had a good stay. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The front desk staff was very helpful. I couldn't be in my home due to a mold issue and was supposed to check out the morning of the hurricane. There were no available rooms at Snowbird. The front desk took down my number and called me within an hour and told me they had a room for me. So grateful!"

"Need better clean, staff ok, air conditioner ok"

"Had to talk to a person on a kiosk and couldn't under him. The floors in the room were dirty."

"The 1st room we checked into had bedbugs and roaches. On the 1st floor pool side. We immediately went back to the kiosk and got another room on the opposite side 2nd floor and told the clerk that if we saw 1 single bug we wanted a full refund. Thankfully we didn't see another bug the 3 nights we were there. Rooms are extremely outdated and vent need to be cleaned desperately but the room served its purpose while we were there"

"It was ok for a cheap one night place to sleep. It was clean."
