"Staff was very helpful and responsive to all requests for assistance, information, or services. Swim up room was large, immaculate, and very quiet. Facilities were brand new and superb. Breakfast had a wide variety of well-cooked/baked, fresh, and delicious options. Ordering from menu was available. Bars, room service food, waitstaff, etc. were all prompt, with exceptional attention to detail."

"The usual things necessary for a "good" stay were in place...clean room and staff assistance. What we did not plan for, perhaps by my own oversight, was that there were 24 steep steps up to the guest rooms. If there is any lower extremity difficulties this hotel is not the place you should book. As far as the amenities the surrounding area had all necessary for a pleasant stay."
