"Bra planerade rum. Rymliga och med bra plats för förvaring. Bra sängar. Vi bodde här i tre nätter. Kul område med massor med små trevliga och bra restauranger. Shopping, nära till vackra Asakusa helgedommen. Jättebra kvarter. Trots livliga kvarter så var det väldigt tyst och lugnt på rummet. Hela familjen trivdes bra i området och på hotellet. Vi reser 2 vuxna med två döttrar i äldre tonåren."

"If you have the chance to splurge on the Suite with the private onsen - please do. We did our last night in Japan (I was in Japan for work for a month, my husband came over for the last week and we did vacation) - it was a perfect end to a wonderful trip. "Hotel sympa proche de la bouche de métro, proche de la sky tree, du temple senso ji. Très bien placé pour découvrir le quartier d'Asakusa. Le personnel est très agréable et disponible. "This hotel is in a great location and it’s very comfortable. Amazing views from the lobby. Our room was a little roomier than other hotels in the city and much more comfortable pillows! It’s very convenient for walking around, dining and taking the metro. Staff were very courteous, welcoming, and helpful. Would definitely stay here again. Everything you need is only a short walk away. "

"Love the area! Easy access to train station Ginza line, cultural sights, and restaurants. Walkable day or night. Hotel was nice. Bed too hard/ firm for my comfort and shower temp could be hotter but enjoyed our stay! "

"The hotel is in a great quieter area that is very close by to train systems. There are multiple konbini stores within minutes of the hotel which is very convenient. The room that we stayed in was large enough for a small family of 4 with separate areas for adults and kids. The addition of washer and dryer is very helpful."

"Lifts were programmed badly. Long queues at the Lobby. Once a lift is assigned another can past by and time of guests is wasted. Also, please have a proper messaging board with the Hotel. Only calls was allowed which is very costly for international travellers. "
