"Loved this Parador. Reception desk on arrival were so helpful. Swimming pool was so nice to relax. The gardens were super and we were told, at the desk, to also stroll around them in the evening, which we did. Splendid! Rooms were spotless and spacious, so thank you staff behind the scenes. Loved Chinchon a small but fascinating town made better by this beautiful hotel. The only downside was the evening meal, which was disappointing. Might have been our choice of steak rather than local...

Natalia, estupenda, educada, servicial, en todo momento nos informó qué visitar en Chinchón y los pueblos de los alrededores. El desayuno está muy bien calidad precio, es un hotel tranquilo y acogedor."

"We stayed here one night before a flight out of the Madrid airport. The staff were helpful, with the room perfectly clean and stocked. The shuttle was free as advertised and the driver was very friendly and helpful. There were a few little details that hadn't been fully maintained in the bathroom, which I reported, but otherwise fine."
