"Truly nothing was great at this hotel
First off, who does not offer Free coffee ANYWHERE In The hotel or your own room???!!!
We had a lower(floor 5) room every morning at 9 am expect loud booming thumping music from pool, which wakes you and then get put together to go walk a good ways to stand in line to get a 12 dollar coffee…or a 25 dollar coffee if you order from room service that they inform you will take 45 to an hour to arrive.
Also about29 times a day and night there is a very loud bang,...

"The hotel was unpleasant and regret taking my family to Circus Circus. The sheets and bathroom towels were dirty. We had to switch rooms because the people staying next to us were smoking and the odor was stagnant in our room. The staff had horrible attitudes and said they can’t do anything about the room next to smoking. Also, the food court ran out of food early in the evening.
