"The best part of our experience was the excellent service. We always felt taken care of and the staff was kind and helpful at all times taking extra measures to ensure we were comfortable. In comparison to other hotels on our trip the service here was most thorough and caring. My birthday was also celebrated during my stay and staff prepared balloons flowers window art and cakes. The service was impeccable really, we didn’t try the dining or options or activities because there is plenty to do in Beijing. There was some annoying xiaomi air purifier thing that’s literally my only critique, in that I had to stop it making random noises and lights during the night.
